Al_Ghareeb in Arabic Language means either The Stranger or The Strange One depending on it’s place in the sentence or paragraph.

This series is based on a collection of personal thoughts on certain social dynamics and behaviors. Some of which are influenced by culture, others are universal. For the most part , The topics speak of unhealthy emotional places such as anger, rebellion, fear, loss of control, etc…

I used the metaphor of war and imprisonment to extenuate the gravity of these situations and also as a reference to the Abu-Ghraib Images that influenced and inspired the visual and emotional composition of the works.
